Are 23rd Sense products organic?

23rd Sense feature natural, organic shea butter produced in small batches using traditional methods. Our products do not contain manufactured chemicals or pesticides.

Currently, our products are not certified due to the high costs associated with organic certification. 

Can I use 23rd Sense products in my hair?

Yes!  We recommend using small amounts as a scalp moisturizer or setting lotion. When applying to the hair, rub a little into your hands, and then run your fingers through your hair all the way to the ends.

Can I use 23rd Sense products on my face?

If using the body butter all over your face, apply a very thin layer. We recommend this, if you have very dry skin on your face. The skin on the face is much thinner than the skin on your body and you want to be careful to monitor the effects on your skin.

What is the shelf life of 23rd Sense products?

Can all skin types use 23rd Sense products?

23rd Sense products can benefit anyone who wants soft, supple, healthy skin, regardless of gender, ethnicity or age. The only exception would be some who has a latex allergy. If you have a latex allergy, please consult a physician before using shea butter.

I want to submit a testimonial, where do I send it?

23rd Sense customers can submit written or video testimonials. All testimonials should include your name and the city where you live. Include your written testimonial in the body of an email and send it to: twentythirdsense@gmail.com. If submitting a video testimonial, upload it to YouTube, and email us at the address above. In your email, include the YouTube link where the video is posted.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If you checkout using PayPal, please be advised that your payment will take at least 7 business days to process, and up to 3 to 5 business days to ship.  23rd Sense has no control over PayPal's processing time. High orders volumes may cause a delay in shipping, you will be notified via. email if this shall occur. You will be provided with a tracking number after shipping your order.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Once an order has shipped, 23rd Sense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
